Illinois money issue
As everyone knows peoria has a major issue with money, and they have a crappy way of going about getting it. I always love it when some moron thinks of a new great way to generate revenue. Then they sell it to the public by saying it's for our benefit. BS! It's like a damn buisness to them! First was the click it and ticket, which they claimed was for the saftey of the public. Does it aid in public saftey? sure. But that's not why they thought of it, but it was thier reason of passing it as a law. Then they did the whole ticketing people with loud stereos. But it didn't work as well as they liked so they just started impounding them, since impounding a vehicle will genererate much more revenue than a simple fine. Noticed they laid back on that after a year or so? Thats because it failed. Then one day some bright dim wit realized that there was a TON of unpaid parking tickets in peoria. So what did they do to force people to pay? Put a boot on thier car so they couldn't drive. Lets just stop people from doing important things so we (superior retards of peoria) can cover out butts since we cannot manage money. That's about all I have to say. It might be a little biased, but meh whatever..

I’ve never been a great writer, but I was never a horrible writer either. From past experiences with me it seems that I do better with writing about something I care more about, or at least know more about the topic. Throughout Elementary and Jr high school I was typically not a very strong writer, even when it was about something I enjoyed. Sure I could type a sentence, maybe throw a small paragraph together. But trying to write even a small paper was something I hated doing, which is probably why I didn’t do so well on them. Once I entered high school, my writing became slightly better. I even wrote on my own time, mainly online forums for things I was interested in. In class I would try and pick topics that I knew a thing or two about, since I knew I would someone get into writing about them. I still write today on many car and audio forums, and I think that is what has helped me a lot. One thing that hasn’t helped my writing skills is texting. I often catch myself abbreviating random words and typing things like “ppl” or “2day.” Sometimes I even catch myself putting a quick “lol” or “haha” in my writing. Anything that made it quicker and easier to get the point across to the other person was done. One positive thing I can say about texting is that I have learned to make some sentences simpler when needed, but that’s about it.
